BVS Verpackungs-Systeme AG, headquartered in Urdorf, has been committed to companies with automated packaging tasks for over 25 years. It combines standardised packaging systems with its own products and consumables, supplements these with professional services and thus creates added value for its customers along the entire value chain. From project planning of the packaging system to commissioning and maintenance, it offers all services from a single source. With over 70 employees at locations in Switzerland, Germany and Austria, the BVS Group is present for its customers in the DACH region.

PS 125 OneStep pouch packaging machine
Are you looking for a compact and versatile pouch packaging machine that allows you to print directly on the pouches as well as packaging them? Then the PS 125 OneStep is exactly the right solution for you. Thanks to the integrated thermal transfer printer, you can print your pouches individually with text, graphics or barcodes - without any additional labels. The space-saving and low-maintenance design does not require compressed air, which reduces your operating costs. Regardless of whether you opt for automatic or manual operation, the machine adapts flexibly to your needs. You can easily save various packaging programs and call them up again quickly when required.
Welding machine series Compacta
The film packaging machines in the Compacta series are suitable for both fully automatic and semi-automatic packaging. In inline operation, a light barrier control system enables both manual and fully automatic loading. Up to 120 three-sided sealed packs per minute can be produced in conjunction with a half-tube film. Thanks to permanently heated sealing systems, all commercially available films from polyethylene to polyolefin and PVC can be processed. Even the finest weld seams are possible: with polyolefin film and the BVM cutting knife, they are perfect. The Compacta can be converted quickly and easily using motors without handwheels.

Easy Band 45-200 banding machine
Are you looking for a compact and user-friendly tabletop banding machine that enables both manual and automatic banding? The Easy Band 45-200 is ideal for small to medium-sized production environments. With a speed of up to 25 bandings per minute, the machine processes products from 30 × 10 mm to 460 × 200 mm - quickly, precisely and reliably. The space-saving design has an integrated roll holder for 110 µ PPL film or 80 g/m² kraft paper with a length of up to 180 meters. The tape tension is flexibly adjustable (5-40 N). In automatic mode, the banding process starts via a photocell, in manual mode at the touch of a button. The steps of tensioning, sealing, cutting and re-inserting the tape are carried out automatically one after the other. The machine offers an intuitive touch display with language selection and is therefore perfect for fine adjustment of parameters and simple operation. The design is low-maintenance and the integrated roll holder makes it particularly easy to change materials.
BandLine V2000 banding machine
Are you looking for an environmentally friendly banding machine that can be flexibly integrated into different packaging lines? The BandLine V2000 offers you exactly that: it is compact, intuitive to operate and saves resources. Thanks to the clever quick-change frame, the BandLine V2000 adapts easily to different product sizes - ideal for changing packaging requirements. Thanks to ultrasonic sealing, you can achieve stable and strong belt joints - without any heat or glue. In addition to classic plastic banderoles, you can also use sustainable PROGREEN paper banderoles (100 % recyclable). This allows you to optimally combine protection and sustainability. The machine can be operated intuitively via a touchscreen and easily expanded with a TTP printer to print product labels directly onto the sleeve.
BagFeeder pouch packaging machine
The BagFeeder is a versatile bag packaging machine with an integrated feeding system. It combines counting, feeding, printing, packaging and separating in a fully automatic process. It is perfect for the precise and time-saving packaging of small to medium-sized bulk goods. The system works particularly efficiently and achieves up to 60 bags per minute. With a storage capacity of up to 1500 article types, the BagFeeder offers maximum flexibility for a wide range of applications.
Beutelverpackungsmaschine AB 550 OneStep
The AB 550 OneStep is an advanced, automatic filling and sealing machine. It is designed for reliability, flexibility and high packaging throughput. It processes up to 45 bags per minute while reducing the total cost of ownership. An integrated thermal transfer printer precisely prints each bag directly before filling. This enables frequent product and label changes to be implemented efficiently, prevents product jams and eliminates the need for a separate labeling process. The machine is network-compatible and therefore enables central monitoring and full integration into packing stations. A 45-degree tilt option is available for long or delicate products to ensure optimum alignment.
