Jowat-Toptherm® 851.99
Save Resources and Reduce Costs without Compromise: Jowat-Toptherm® 851.99! Jowat-Toptherm® 851.99 helps processors save resources due to low energy and material consumption and provides an efficient opportunity for more sustainable processes. The benefits of Jowat-Toptherm® 851.99 are particularly pronounced in packaging applications of temperature-sensitive products, e.g. sweets or frozen food, due to the markedly reduced application temperature. The modern hot melt adhesive is based on a formulation with a MOAH content below the typical detection limit and is therefore an equally interesting partner for producers of dry or fatty foods with a long shelf life. However, the range of applications reaches far beyond the examples given: The low processing temperatures provide a significant potential for energy savings in many applications.

Jowatherm® GROW 853.22
The very high content of renewable raw materials of more than 50%, makes this modern packaging hot melt adhesive ideal for companies that want to avoid the use of fossil-based raw materials as far as possible. Jowatherm® GROW 853.22 provides a wide range of adhesion that facilitates a reliable bonding of difficult surfaces, for example coated material surfaces. In addition, its high flexibility at low temperatures benefits deep-freeze applications.

Jowatherm® PO 851.10
Jowatherm® PO adhesives specially tailored to packaging processes have been tried and tested successfully in the different applications of packaging companies for many years and have become widely established. Jowatherm® PO 851.10 is the top choice for bonding demanding surfaces and convinces with a very clean detaching of the adhesive at the nozzle. Dirty machine parts coupled with time-consuming cleaning procedures, soiled substrates that can lead to unattractive packaging and wasted adhesives are prevented. Apart from the clean cut-off at the nozzle, the adhesive is also characterized by a good cold resistance which is required e.g. for frozen food packaging. Jowatherm® PO 851.15 can also be used in a broad range of applications and masters even difficult conditions. The modern adhesive can compensate for very short pressing times, strong restoring forces and high temperatures that can occur in hot filling processes or in shipping containers. The hot melt adhesives are based on a formulation with a MOAH content below the typical detection limit and are therefore an equally interesting partner for producers of dry or fatty foods with a long shelf life.

Jowatherm® PO 851.20
The Adhesive for Harsh Conditions—With Extra Power When ambient temperatures exceed 40°C, boxes are stored in the blazing sun or the packed goods themselves are still very warm, almost all hot melt adhesives reach their limits. At a certain point, the adhesive no longer manages to dissipate the heat quickly enough, to solidify, and thus to absorb the tension of the flaps. This results in the flaps opening up again. The challenging conditions, such as those encountered when filling drinks or sauces, packaging tiles, or in pasteurization processes, are mastered by Jowatherm® PO 851.20. This high performance polyolefin (PO) hot melt impresses with its extremely high heat resistance combined with very high green strength. This makes it the first choice not only for particularly warm environments, but also for processes where very high tensions and very short pressing times occur.

Jowatherm® PO 256.10
Versatile High-performance Hot Melt Adhesive for the Bonding of Packaging Jowatherm® PO 256.10 is a versatile high-performance hot melt adhesive for a wide range of packaging applications. It impresses in the bonding of trays, cases and folding boxes due to a broad spectrum of adhesion and very clean processing. Jowatherm® PO adhesives specially tailored to the requirements for packaging operations have been well established in the different applications of packaging companies for many years. Jowatherm® PO 256.10 is a modern hot melt adhesive with universal properties. The adhesive is characterized primarily by a wide range of adhesion coupled with a clean cut-off at the nozzle and high thermal stability in the melt. Therefore, it facilitates the reliable bonding of challenging surfaces and at the same time reduces maintenance costs due to minimized soiling. Companies all around the world are using Jowatherm® PO 256.10 with confidence for the packaging of frozen food because of the very high cold resistance of the adhesive. The modern hot melt adhesive is based on a formulation with a MOAH content below the typical detection limit and is therefore an equally interesting partner for manufacturers of dry or fatty foods with long shelf lives. Processors from the confectionery industry, producers of bakery products, cereals or pasta have been using our products for many years in the packaging of their products.
