About us
W. Dimer GmbH is a manufacturer of innovative packaging and technical parts made from foams, recycled foams, cellular rubber, cellulose wadding and cardboard. Each part or product is made to measure, according to your specifications, wishes and requirements - from one-off production to small and large series. Customers benefit from outstanding quality and a high degree of reliability.
Our range of services includes the production of foam packaging made of PE foam and PUR foam, foam inserts for cases, boxes and cases, sound insulation, filters and seals made of technical foams or cellular rubber, absorbent inserts for food, packaging and products made of cellulose wadding and cardboard, moulded composite foam parts for the furniture industry, and much more.

Foam PUR, PE, PA, cellular rubber
Foams Collar®, PE foam cross-linked Velvia® and non-cross-linked and cellular rubber can be used in almost all areas due to their versatile properties. Mechanical, acoustic and thermal damping, cushioning of products, packaging, filling material, insulation.
Case inserts of foam
We provide custom-fit foam inserts for any case made-to-measure for your product and your requirements. Our large foam warehouse guarantees a variety of immediately available, highquality foams in many attractive colours.

Foam packaging - made-to-measure
We produce your individual, custom-fit foam packaging items of PE-, cross-linked PE foams, PUR foams and PA foams exactly according to your specifications or we find the optimum packaging solution for you. Trust in the experience and know-how of decades. Your customer consultant supports you from the beginning of a project through to its conclusion in production. We use all of the common process engineering methods with state-of-the-art technologies. Apart from the protection against impacts and other risks, further properties are taken into consideration. Our packaging products can thus have an antistatic effect or, if requested, be electrically conductive.
Constructive foam packaging
Constructive foam packaging or designed packaging pads of PE and PUR foams are individually adapted to you product and protect against impact and vibration. Constructive packaging is particularly stable in form and excellently suited to transport protection of electronic devices (device packaging) and heavy goods. Antistatic PE or PUR foams are used for electronic components. Areas of application: Elektronics, medical engineering, machine and tool construction, tools and fittings We produce both small and large series, single products or prototypes and samples. Packaging pads or inserts DIM Eco®
Absorbent pads are, however, also important components in the packaging industry to transport an store goods containing liquids in a safe manner. For this purpose, our DIM Eco® absorbent pads are used for packaging pads or inserts e.g. in the pharmaceutical industry. If only one glass container breaks on a palette with several hundred units, a substantial damage may be caused. Our absorbent pads, on the one hand, mitigate impacts and, ont other hand absorb liquids fast and safely in case of any damage.
Cut absorbent pads DIM Eco®
Cut absorbent pads DIM Eco® (individual, cut) Absorbent pads absorb and bind liquids from foodstuff like meat poultry, fish, fruit or salad. This does not only serve an appealing presentation but, in particular, increased hygiene and thus a longer shelf life of the product to be packed. our cut absorbent pads are also perfectly suited as absorbing and padding packaging pads for the dispatch/storage of pharmaceutical products. Our meat pads, fish pads, fruit pads have been certified for use in the foodstuff industry. With our DIM Eco cut absorbent pads featuring a pure tissue core and laminated with foil conforming to food law, you are on the safe side. The absorbent body is of pure tissue and thus absolutely unobjectionable - no absorbing material can pass to the foodstuff. cardboard packaging DIM Well®
Ecological and at the same time extremely efficient are packaging solutions made of DIM Well®. Consisting of multiwall corrugated cardboard sheets, DIM Well® offers high stability combined with low weight. Precisely fitting recesses and the option of additional padding with cellulose wadding enable safe transport. This makes DIM Well particularly suitable for the shipping and storage of industrial goods, for example in electrical engineering, medical technology, measurement technology or mechanical engineering. The corrugated cardboard sheets are particularly sustainable as they are mainly made from recycled waste paper and have a recycling rate of almost 100 per cent. Another recycling advantage: the outer carton and inner construction are made from the same material and therefore have the same recycling path.
