From Semi-Automated to Fully Automated Waterjet Production

With this project, we were able to take a decisive step towards the future: the transition from our existing semi-automated, in-house manufactured equipment to fully automated waterjet technology.

The developed system combines precise handling with customized CNC control, enabling series production that is highly precise and process-reliable.

The result: optimized cycle times, high autonomy, and consistently tight cutting patterns – for maximum efficiency in everyday production.
