Water quality as the basis for clean and germ-free processing

We specialize in the production of foam packaging and cushioning for the medical sector and are therefore a supplier for medical contract packers.

Our strengths lie in dry and clean processing using state-of-the-art waterjet technology, fully automated production, and highly trained personnel. We offer the highest quality, flexibility, and expertise. Our work processes are clearly defined and optimally adapted to customer wishes and requirements. The water used to cut the foam products is pre-treated using reverse osmosis, UV-treated, and contains no additives. This treatment process ensures that the material is cut with optimally pure water.

The cut foam products are inspected immediately after cutting in our cleanroom and packaged in double-walled PE bags. This is an ideal production process for further processing in airlock cleanrooms.
