Are you looking for a compact and user-friendly tabletop banding machine that enables both manual and automatic banding? The Easy Band 45-200 is ideal for small to medium-sized production environments. With a speed of up to 25 bandings per minute, the machine processes products from 30 × 10 mm to 460 × 200 mm – quickly, precisely and reliably. The space-saving design has an integrated roll holder for 110 µ PPL film or 80 g/m² kraft paper with a length of up to 180 meters. The tape tension is flexibly adjustable (5-40 N).
In automatic mode, the banding process starts via a photocell, in manual mode at the touch of a button. The steps of tensioning, sealing, cutting and re-inserting the tape are carried out automatically one after the other.
The machine offers an intuitive touch display with language selection and is therefore perfect for fine adjustment of parameters and simple operation. The design is low-maintenance and the integrated roll holder makes it particularly easy to change materials.
