What are the costs for exhibitors?
The costs for exhibitors vary depending on the package chosen and the size of the stand. Our packages start at CHF 5,292 for the Basic Package with 9m² of stand space (row stand). Additional costs may apply for special fittings, extra marketing services or larger stand spaces.
What stand sizes are available?
We offer stand spaces ranging from 9m² to 48m². Larger stand spaces are available on request. All stands come with basic fittings, which vary depending on the package chosen.
What services are included in the stand packages?
All packages include the basic fit-out (walls, carpet, lighting), a power supply, a listing in the exhibitor directory, exhibitor passes and the option to invite an unlimited number of customers free of charge. Depending on the package, further services such as additional advertising measures or sponsorship opportunities may also be included. You can find the exact services included in the package overview.
Is there parking available for exhibitors?
Yes, parking spaces are available for exhibitors in the exhibition centre’s multi-storey car park. When you register as an exhibitor, you will receive one parking permit for the Zurich venue. Additional parking permits can be purchased for a fee. The exhibitor car parks are located in the immediate vicinity of the exhibition halls.
