Paper-Pearls

Paper Pearl - Material with New Design Flexibility Paper fibers constitute the main component of this innovative material. "Both primary and secondary fibers can be used to produce the injection molding granules. A key feature of this material solution is that it can be fed back into the paper cycle. This pilot project is being implemented in collaboration with Biofibre GmbH and ARBURG GmbH & Co. KG. Initial tests are currently being carried out with pilot customers with a view to market entry at the end of 2024.

Paper-Cloud

The packaging industry is experiencing a breakthrough in sustainability with the new Paper-Clouds solution, an innovative EPS alternative. Developed in collaboration with Taracell AG, an EPS processor, and the Model Group, the paper and corrugated board specialist. The Paper-Clouds production process is not only efficient, but also conserves resources. The use of paper fibres and starch ensures flexible but also stable packaging, while the parts can be easily recycled in the paper cycle. The collaboration between Taracell AG and Model AG emphasises the commitment to the highest quality and environmental friendliness. Paper-Clouds marks a significant step towards sustainable packaging solutions and reinforces the drive to minimise the environmental impact of the industry. Tests are currently being carried out with pilot customers with a view to market entry in summer/autumn 2024.

With the highly modern, newly installed Nozomi 14000 LED printing machine, we produce high-quality packaging in the most efficient processes. Thanks to 4 CMYK colours, orange and white, we produce odourless prints of first-class quality. At the same time, we reduce resource consumption, minimise waste and ensure complete recyclability.

Chroma X Pro - High-quality flexo postprint on corrugated board

The Chroma X Pro offers high-quality flexo post-printing on corrugated board and sets new standards in production. With maximum automation and significantly reduced set-up times, it achieves production speeds of up to 14,000 sheets per hour. Thanks to 7 colours, screen printing <62 l/cm and the absence of conveyor belts and feed rollers, outstanding print quality is achieved without flute compression. The machine also impresses with the integration of additional technical features. As Model AG's third corrugated board processing machine, the Chroma X Pro underlines our commitment to innovation and efficiency.
