The REA VeriMax is a modern matrix and barcode verification device and was specially developed for fully integrated installation in production lines. With its small dimensions it finds a place in any line and can be controlled with software individually created by the machine manufacturer. The suitable interface and evaluation software is supplied by REA. The measurement of optical codes in compliance with defined angles, distances and illuminations enables accurate and reproducible measurement results and quality assessments according to ISO / IEC standards. The measuring system is based on a high-precision optical module with a CMOS camera chip. The design avoids influences by ambient light. Depending on the requirements, the REA VeriMax can be mounted as a stand-alone device on a tripod in addition to fixed installation. The reel handler makes the handling of packaging film easy and efficient. It takes the reel from the pallet, turns it as required and loads it directly into the packaging machine. Hovmand lifting aids help make working conditions easier and improve the health and satisfaction of employees.

Manual or electrical reel manipulators grip the inside of the reel core with expanding grippers. They are then able to transport, lift and turn reels. The reel manipulators can tilt reels for direct loading into packaging machines. These tools enable the easy lifting of reels even when they are closely stacked.

Rio is a practical EasyLine heated hose: with plug coupling and integrated adhesive filter. The filter can be changed quickly and easily on the heated hose. Unlike in other systems, disassembling the application head is not required. Residues cannot enter the application head . The fully insulated plug coupling is connected to the EasyLine application head without tools and can be rotated for positioning – a welcome feature for space-saving integration into the machine.
