The AB 550 OneStep is an advanced, automatic filling and sealing machine. It is designed for reliability, flexibility and high packaging throughput. It processes up to 45 bags per minute while reducing the total cost of ownership. An integrated thermal transfer printer precisely prints each bag directly before filling. This enables frequent product and label changes to be implemented efficiently, prevents product jams and eliminates the need for a separate labeling process.
The machine is network-compatible and therefore enables central monitoring and full integration into packing stations. A 45-degree tilt option is available for long or delicate products to ensure optimum alignment.
