The Li-Pack 360D redefines high-speed pouch packaging through an innovative dual-indexing assembly, designed and manufactured entirely in-house to exceptionally tight tolerances. This precision-engineered system ensures unmatched reliability and synchronization.
Unlike conventional single-track machines, the Li-Pack 360D features two parallel indexing assemblies that mirror each function to double output capacity, achieving up to 70–80 pouches per minute, depending on pouch size and product flow characteristics.
At its core, the machine operates on a custom sealed chain driven by servo-controlled cams, enabling smooth, consistent motion with minimal maintenance. A unique central diverter allows a single multi-head weigher (MHW) to discharge product onto both sides simultaneously, utilizing the weigher’s full capacity and eliminating the need for a dual outlet weighing systems.
Its horizontal parallel design supports a shared drive concept, where a single servo motor powers identical operations—such as pouch pick-up units—on both sides. This intelligent configuration reduces automation costs, lowers energy consumption, and simplifies mechanical complexity.
The extended dwell time created by the horizontal layout provides greater precision in filling, tapping, and sealing, ensuring product integrity while maintaining maximum throughput.
