The semi-automatic Stingray AirBlow pallet wrapper has an automatic film application system.
A built-in blower automatically places the stretch film on the pallet – without any mechanics or compressed air. The photocell attached to the film carriage automatically detects the pallet height. The film carriage and the film tension, which can be adjusted on the display, ensure that every pallet is wrapped optimally and securely for transportation.
The system also has an automatic cutting unit that cuts the film cleanly at the end of the cycle, as well as a remote control that allows the machine to be started conveniently from the forklift. The extremely flat turntable enables ergonomic and space-saving handling and is therefore perfect for confined working areas.
