REA JET DOD 2.0: Large Character Inkjet Printer
The modular coding and marking systems for texts, dates or logos are available in printing heights up to 140 mm for each print head. The resolution meets the requirements of virtually all industrial applications for marking and coding. These large character systems, with 7-, 16- or 32-jet print heads are easy to use, robust and, due to the modular construction of the system components, highly flexible. Print labels directly onto film
For transparent or translucent film packaging, REA has developed a new, non-contact direct printing technology to print codes and plain text with the required contrast. In one step, the system creates a white ink mirror and immediately writes it with black ink. Color mirror and lettering then dry together in a very short time. Packaging marked in this way can be disposed of separately and recycled more easily. The new AI-based inline camera solution for checking the content of product labels (text and codes) gives extra security at high speed. The perfect interaction between marking and camera systems in the Throughput represent an essential part of quality assurance.

REA JET HR 2.0: High Resolution Inkjet Printers (HP)
High Resolution Ink Jet Printers (HP) The REA JET high resolution ink jet printers with HP print technology utilize the thermal ink jet technology that is trusted by millions of users of office printers. The robust stainless steel housing, the intuitive operation and well-conceived print head design make this coding and marking system suitable for unlimited industrial-strength applications. The system particularly proves its worth in the pharmaceutical, food, wood, paper and packaging industries. Each cartridge can be used for the marking of print heights up to 12.7 mm. If greater print heights are required, several print heads can be cascaded. REA CO2 Laser CL
Industrial marking with CO2 Laser systems from REA LASER offers a distinct advantage: it is virtually consumableand maintenance-free, i.e. it involves low operating costs. Working with the REA LASER CL Laser Marking System is simple and intuitive. It has a graphical operating panel, using a modern rotary knob with push-button function. Unique in the world is just one overall operating concept, used for both the REA LASER laser and the REA LASER ink jet systems, having but a single set of interfaces! Parallel user interfaces therefore enable your operating personnel to take charge of several methods of marking. And that will save you both money and time. The compact design and the easy to rotate marking head of the REA LASER CL allow for simple mechanical integration. Labeling systems are indispensable in the modern world of industrial marking. Labels are especially used where contact-free marking technologies prove to be insufficient solutions. When automatically readable 1D or 2D codes must be applied to rough surfaces, for example, labeling can reveal its full performance potential. REA LABEL labeling systems are a reliable component of the modern production environment and provide for dependable workflows. The REA LABEL label dispenser was specially developed for the application of pre-printed adhesive labels in throughput operation. The standard system offers dispensing widths of 100 mm to 220 mm. Additional dispensing widths available upon request. With the REA LABEL ES label dispenser, dispensing speeds of up to 120 m/min are possible. The system was optimized for the following labeling applications: All-around labeling, bottom & cover labeling, side labeling, over-edge labeling and crosstrack labeling.

REA VeriMax
The REA VeriMax is a modern matrix and barcode verification device and was specially developed for fully integrated installation in production lines. With its small dimensions it finds a place in any line and can be controlled with software individually created by the machine manufacturer. The suitable interface and evaluation software is supplied by REA. The measurement of optical codes in compliance with defined angles, distances and illuminations enables accurate and reproducible measurement results and quality assessments according to ISO / IEC standards. The measuring system is based on a high-precision optical module with a CMOS camera chip. The design avoids influences by ambient light. Depending on the requirements, the REA VeriMax can be mounted as a stand-alone device on a tripod in addition to fixed installation. REA JET GK 2.0: High Resolution Inkjet Printer - Piezo
The new generation of the high-resolution marking systems REA JET GK 2.0, based on piezo technology, is suitable for direct, high-contrast marking on absorbent and porous surfaces such as wood, cardboard or paper with a variable writing height of up to 100 mm. Texts, 1D/2D codes and graphics such as company logos or product images can be freely combined. A horizontal resolution of up to 1200 dpi ensures high print quality with excellent edge sharpness directly on the product. This makes the new generation of piezo inkjet printers a cost-saving and flexible alternative to labels or pre-printed boxes. The colored, solvent-free inks of the REA JET GK 2.0 are particularly suitable for porous surfaces and can be easily changed during operation. The optional maintenance module ensures quick and easy cleaning with a minimum of maintenance effort and optimum availability. The piezo technology, which has been tried and tested in everyday industrial use, in combination with the robust device design ensures the extremely high reliability of the printer at high product speeds. The speed of the new REA JET GK 2.0 has been increased again compared to the previous model. Various device versions are available depending on the marking requirements and the installation situation. The compact design enables easy integration.

The all-rounder REA JET UP (Universal Print) is a robust, high-resolution piezo-based inkjet printer. It applies its markings without contact not only to absorbent surfaces such as paper, cardboard or wood. It also prints high-contrast and reliable alphanumeric text, 1D/2D codes, graphics, company logos or product images on smooth surfaces such as painted and varnished cardboard. With the REA JET UP, the costs of purchasing, storing, printing and applying labels can be saved even on difficult surfaces.
