IT-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Hotline und First-Level-Support

To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for an IT employee (m/f/d) for hotline and first-level support at the Mühltal location (near Darmstadt)

Full-time (40 hours/week)

Mainly on-site at our company headquarters (presence on at least 4 out of 5 days/week)

• First point of contact: Acceptance, prioritization and processing of IT faults and inquiries (telephone, email, ticket system)
• Problem solving: Independent analysis and resolution of IT problems as part of first-level support
• Technical support: Installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations, end devices and software
• Documentation: Recording and maintenance of solutions and processes in the knowledge database
• Interface: Forwarding complex topics to second-level support or external service providers
