Your profile:
You have completed training as an electrical engineer, mechatronics engineer or industrial electronics engineer or have a comparable qualification
You have experience in technical support and customer service, ideally also knowledge of the repair and maintenance of thermal transfer and color inkjet printing systems
Teamwork, flexibility and a solution-oriented approach are a given for you
You are able to communicate clearly and effectively and have a friendly and professional demeanor
You work in a structured and independent manner
Good knowledge of English and sound PC skills
Willingness to travel occasionally
