All Robatech hot melt systems feature our patented “CoolTouch” insulation from the melting tank via glue distributor and heated hoses, up to the application heads. It reduces heat emission significantly and lowers the risk of burns to a minimum. Our measures increase the efficiency of your gluing process while lowering operating costs at the same time.

Automatic Filling System with RobaFeed 3 and GlueFill
Increased safety and efficiency through automatic filling The automatic filling system RobaFeed 3 fills the adhesive tank of the melter (Concept series and JumboFlex systems) using the separate granulate container GlueFill. Fill level monitoring of the adhesive tank controls the system. If the set minimum filling level is undercut, automatic filling is started and maximum system availability ensured.
Vision - the adhesive melter of the new dimension
Vision is the smart adhesive melter for high-quality adhesive application of thermoplastic hot melt adhesives. The innovative FlexPort and the advanced Smart Terminal combine energy-efficient design and new electronics into a smart melter for safe product gluing and cost-effective operation.
SpeedStar Compact - Precision and Speed in Adhesive Application
SpeedStar Compact is the application head for precise adhesive application at high production speeds. The electric jetting head applies millimeter-sized hot-melt dots and short beads to tiny flaps and small surfaces. The intelligent control electronics with automatic displacement control ensure consistent precision over the entire service life of 500 million operating cycles.
Performa - the heated hose for high-precision adhesive applications
How reliably and precisely products are glued also depends on the heated hose. The fully insulated Performa heated hose keeps the temperature and viscosity of the melted adhesive as constant over the hose’s entire length as a temperature controller keeps the oven temperature. Gluing becomes more reliable, but also less expensive. The state-of-the-art heated hose insulation and the PrimeConnect plug coupling ensure quick operational readiness and outstanding energy efficiency.
Easy - The small adhesive melter for simple applications
The small, compact Easy melter offers an attractive price/performance ratio for simple applications with low adhesive consumption. Equipped with all basic functions for gentle melting and conveying of thermoplastic adhesives, Easy enables reliable adhesive application in the usual Robatech quality. Practical plug sockets simplify installation. The operation is simple and self-explanatory.
Rio - practical heated hose with integrated adhesive filter
Rio is a practical EasyLine heated hose: with plug coupling and integrated adhesive filter. The filter can be changed quickly and easily on the heated hose. Unlike in other systems, disassembling the application head is not required. Residues cannot enter the application head . The fully insulated plug coupling is connected to the EasyLine application head without tools and can be rotated for positioning – a welcome feature for space-saving integration into the machine.
Vivo 18: Coating head for hotmelt adhesive coatings in e-commerce
High-quality hotmelt coatings provide the basis for reliable silicone release liners and practical tear strips on shipping packaging in e-commerce. The Vivo 18 coating head meets the requirements for both applications. It applies adhesive accurately to the millimeter and uniformly, even at high speeds. Thanks to its space-saving installation dimensions, you can mount two heads in parallel for greater flexibility in installation and production.
Twist - practical jetting head for simple bead application
Twist is a compact, electropneumatic jetting head of the EasyLine. Due to its monoblock design, it is energy efficient and reliable in applying thermoplastic hot melt adhesives. The low-maintenance application head is suitable for gluing secondary packaging and end-of-line packaging applications up to a machine speed of 20–30 m/min. The numerous options for variable alignment of the application nozzle and the jetting head simplify installation and machine design.
PerfectFold - Liquid creaser for precise folding of corrugated board
The PerfectFold liquid creaser enables precise and fast folding of corrugated board without fold breakage thanks to contactless application of SpeedUp creaser liquid. The softened fold lines ensure high process stability. Depending on the thickness and size of the corrugated board, the process speed can be significantly increased by this patented solution. PerfectFold is easy to install in folding box gluers and inliners and is easy to operate.
The Easyfix hose mounts extend the life of heated hoses
EasyFix hose mounts maximize the life span of hot melt hoses and therefore reduce downtime. This easy way of hose routing keeps the cables and tubes off the floor, which prevents them from squeezing and crushing.
SX Diamond and SX Longlife – For durable and precise adhesive application
The jetting heads of the SX Diamond series are Robatech’s sustainable solution for contact-free coating of low to medium-viscosity thermoplastic hot melt adhesives. The durable application heads can be flexibly used and excel with small installation dimensions as well as precise adhesive application with perfect tear-off behavior.
EasyLine - Gluing made simple.
EasyLine is a small, practical adhesive application system for simple hot melt applications with an adhesive consumption of up to 2.5 kg/h. Whether it's trays, folding boxes, cardboard cups, ice cream paper cones or similar products – with EasyLine you apply glue in the usual Robatech quality and in a very energy-efficient way.
Alpha – the powerful all-rounder among melters
lpha melts up to 12.5 kg/h of thermoplastic adhesives in the smallest of spaces. The compact adhesive melter features a robust design, and is reliable and safe to operate. The powerful all-rounder is suitable for a wide range of applications, particularly in the packaging, converting and graphics industries. Equipped with the Robatech Control System, Alpha offers smart operation and numerous interfaces to simplify system integration, control, and monitoring of adhesive application. Thanks to its high energy efficiency and system availability, Alpha impresses with a good price/performance ratio.
Volta - Hot melt jetting head for high process reliability
The Volta electric hot melt jetting head, which is operated completely without compressed air, ensures high process reliability for dot and bead application of thermoplastic adhesives. It is resistant and low-maintenance, and protected against external influences with the protection class IP65. Thanks to its high switching frequency, Volta is suitable for adhesive-saving hot melt stitching. With this application head, you save both adhesive and energy – and thus operating costs.
