NEWECO NTTA-300 compact universal machine for filling and closing plastic/alu tubes

Ultra compact, semi-automatic universal filling and sealing system for professional hot air welding including coding of plastic/(polyethylene and polypropylene) laminate tubes or optionally with an additional platform for aluminum tubes. The incredibly is the very fast changeover time from plastic to aluminum tubes in an incredible 5 minutes is unique and this WITHOUT tools! The welding quality is perfect, just like on large machine systems. Only operated by one person, whose job it is to place the empty tubes in the holders and align them (optional automatic alignment). The rest is automatic. Output up to 25 tubes/min. Tube diameter from 10mm to 50mm, height up to 250mm. Aluminum only double fold, no saddle fold. System mobile. Various options available (e.g. EURO-HOLE sealing/punching, coding, product feed, etc.). Hopper volume up to 25 liters. Required floor space 1m2! AUDION D 545AV & AH continous band sealer

The D 545 AH (horizontal) and D545AV (vertical) are compact continous belt sealer with modern design. On this clever table model pre-made bags are sealed lying flat. All operating parameters are controlled by a digital control panel, including by the vertical type an automatic height adjustmant and generally a automatic cool down function . By using PTFE belts, Polyethylene, Polypropyleen, Cellophane, Paper-, Aluminium- and other laminates can be sealed. The maximum distance between the seal and the top of the bag is 50 mm. The integrated conveyor belt is adjustable in height and can be pulled out towards the operator for larger products.

AUDION SPEEDPACK HYBRID 400 HIGHSPEED work at up to 30 cycles per minute. This application is for packaging implants. Thanks to the factory expansion at the manufacturer Audion in KLEVE, up to 1000 basic systems can now be produced per year. The Speedpack Hybrid is a state-of-the-art, very flexible and cost-effective packaging machine with good production capacity. The machine has a revolutionary, compact form/fill and seal system, using tubular film or for pre-perforated/pre-cut ready-made bags on a roll. It produces the bag inline before it is filled and sealed using a state-of-the-art ceramic welding system (or impulse). The Speedpack Hybrid is outstanding in terms of reliability and is suitable for multi-shift operation. The completely revised design of the Speedpack Hybrid, which enables the use of tubular film, does not require a complex format shoulder, no longitudinal welding and now has a clear and structured color touch panel with a simple menu structure. The software has a batch counter. Bags can be processed with manual loading, as well as empty bags or pre-perforated bags from a roll. The contact exchange provided allows a combination with counting systems, dosing scales, robots and other automatic feeding systems for fully automatic packaging. With the Speedpack Hybrid, changes to bag dimensions and settings are very easy. The machine requires very little maintenance and a wide range of thermal transfer direct printers are now available. Large roll diameters for high autonomy and variable setting of the bag lengths make it possible to package products of almost any length. Changing a film roll only takes 1-2 minutes.

This unique automatic bag machine, including a built-in 305dpi thermal transfer direct printer, can be operated with bags from the roll as well as with tubular film. The integrated technology seals bags in individual sizes as required. The Speedpack offers enormous flexibility for your production process, as small bags from 50x80mm to large bags of 400x800mm can be produced. Thanks to the user-friendly HMI touch screen and numerous configurable options, you can work in a way that saves material and time. The bag machine is suitable for manual feeding as well as for the integration of automatic feeding systems (e.g. funnels, conveyor belts, counters and scales). The bag spreaders keep the bag open and make filling easier. This means that the bag can be sealed quickly and safely and used for a variety of different products. For additional operator safety, the system can be expanded with the option of safety light barriers (as a start impulse). All Speepdack systems can also be expanded with a variety of feeding systems (e.g. weighing/counting solution, feeding belt, piece counter or robot).
