AUDION D 545AV & AH continous band sealer

The D 545 AH (horizontal) and D545AV (vertical) are compact continous belt sealer with modern design. On this clever table model pre-made bags are sealed lying flat. All operating parameters are controlled by a digital control panel, including by the vertical type an automatic height adjustmant and generally a automatic cool down function .

By using PTFE belts, Polyethylene, Polypropyleen, Cellophane, Paper-, Aluminium- and other laminates can be sealed.
The maximum distance between the seal and the top of the bag is 50 mm. The integrated conveyor belt is adjustable in height and can be pulled out towards the operator for larger products.
