NEWECO NTTA-300 compact universal machine for filling and closing plastic/alu tubes

Ultra compact, semi-automatic universal filling and sealing system for professional hot air welding including coding of plastic/(polyethylene and polypropylene) laminate tubes or optionally with an additional platform for aluminum tubes. The incredibly is the very fast changeover time from plastic to aluminum tubes in an incredible 5 minutes is unique and this WITHOUT tools! The welding quality is perfect, just like on large machine systems. Only operated by one person, whose job it is to place the empty tubes in the holders and align them (optional automatic alignment). The rest is automatic. Output up to 25 tubes/min. Tube diameter from 10mm to 50mm, height up to 250mm. Aluminum only double fold, no saddle fold. System mobile.
Various options available (e.g. EURO-HOLE sealing/punching, coding, product feed, etc.). Hopper volume up to 25 liters. Required floor space 1m2!
