The Speedpack Hybrid is a state-of-the-art, very flexible and cost-effective packaging machine with good production capacity. The machine has a revolutionary, compact form/fill and seal system, using tubular film or for pre-perforated/pre-cut ready-made bags on a roll. It produces the bag inline before it is filled and sealed using a state-of-the-art ceramic welding system (or impulse). The Speedpack Hybrid is outstanding in terms of reliability and is suitable for multi-shift operation.
The completely revised design of the Speedpack Hybrid, which enables the use of tubular film, does not require a complex format shoulder, no longitudinal welding and now has a clear and structured color touch panel with a simple menu structure. The software has a batch counter. Bags can be processed with manual loading, as well as empty bags or pre-perforated bags from a roll. The contact exchange provided allows a combination with counting systems, dosing scales, robots and other automatic feeding systems for fully automatic packaging. With the Speedpack Hybrid, changes to bag dimensions and settings are very easy. The machine requires very little maintenance and a wide range of thermal transfer direct printers are now available. Large roll diameters for high autonomy and variable setting of the bag lengths make it possible to package products of almost any length. Changing a film roll only takes 1-2 minutes.
